Dear Friend,
I am glad that you have carried this story in your blog. I am Dr. herbert R. and together with fr. Abe Arganiosa, CRS we have pioneered a TLM here in Bicol, a peninsula south of Luzon Island. We are starting with the barest minimum. We do not have the proper vesments for the Priest but fr. Abe has started to say this Mass in the spirit of the Summorum Pontificum. It was very good that the Somascan superiors in the Philippines are supportive of these endeavors.
