Regarding your post http://www.summorumpontificum.net/2008/07/novus-ordo-that-sspx-could-accept.html , since you are posting my trnaslation, which Rorate is using, would it not then be fair to link to my original post on the NLM, http://thenewliturgicalmovement.blogspot.com/2008/07/changes-in-liturgy-of.html ?

the sooner we get back to uniformity the better and if i had the chance i would tell the holy father so. one taking communion this way and an other a different way..some kneeling some standing is not a sign of unity..it is not what we the sheep want to do but what christ wants. the altar rails should be brought back we should all kneel 9except those who cant of course) so that we are one in body and mind and action

Maybe it would interest some readers that the extraordinary form is doing relatively well in Denmark, where the Catholic minority is very small and the vast majority are Lutherans.

Dr Kopp, is there any chance you could post the article that was on the late UniversalIndult last year, something like "Did Archbishop Lefebvre Set the Universal Indult Back 30 Years?" I don't think I read it, but I remember the title and now I wish I had.

We’d just like to let you know about two new posts on our blog. The first is a report of a Mass in the Traditional Latin/Gregorian Rite in Co. Laois, Ireland.

http://catholicheritage.blogspot.com/2008/11/mass-for-st-paul-in-emo-co-laois.html

The second post is a report of news, just received, of a weekly Mass in Co. Meath, Ireland.

I hope that you’ll be able to feature both reports. Feel free to lift photos.

God bless you!

Brian:

This blog was intended to be "Your source for news and information concerning the Motu Proprio Summorum Pontificum." (I'm not making this up; it's on the main page.) You are making it about damn near everything but that. Recent material published by you is excellent, but it deserves a separate venue, like maybe your own. I'd read it often. But not here. This blog has a specific purpose. If we can't agree on that ... well, it doesn't matter. If you're the least bit honest with yourself, you know I'm right.

You also know where to find me.
